INVISIBLE HYDRONIC AIR CONDITIONING
FiloZero is the only room vent for hydronic air conditioning that disappears silently, thanks to the electromechanical technology that moves the surfaces in symbiosis with the air conditioning system, pleasantly hiding from view and without being heard.
THE FIRST MOTORIZED RETRACTABLE NOZZLE
When there is no need for air conditioning, FiloZero remains closed: the front surface, the same color as the wall, merges with it. When it is necessary to heat or cool, the plate moves back silently by a few centimeters and allows hot or cold air to flow.

FILOZERO: RADICAL INNOVATION
FiloZero sets a new standard in hydronic air conditioning: for the first time it is possible to heat and cool rooms, even with significant thermal powers, without having to alter their aesthetics. The important innovations of FiloZero all remain behind the scenes, it is only comfort that gets noticed.
FILOZERO
When the room is air-conditioned, by feeding the nozzle at 24 V DC, the electrothermal actuators make the front plate move back by 4 cm and the air can flow around the plate. The opening time is about 4 minutes.
Maintenance can be carried out directly from the main spout, without the need to arrange hatches under the spout.
The use of aerodynamic partitions in polyurethane foam guarantees an excellent air throw and allows for further acoustic insulation of the noises coming from the ducts.
The electrothermal actuators ensure a noise-free stroke and allow their installation in the most demanding projects.
The use of 24 V voltage makes the product intrinsically safe.
The magnetic hooks, adjustable in depth of the front plate, allow an adjustment on site to adapt to the different thicknesses of the finishing layer.

HIDDEN AESTHETICS
Thanks to the aerodynamic guides obtained inside the plenum, when the vent is active, the air flows around the front surface, which retracts by only 4 cm: a measure sufficient to allow the flow of air, but at the same time so small to be confused with the wall finish.
Thus, when you enter a room equipped with FiloZero, you can enjoy all the comfort of hydronic air conditioning, but without seeing grids, holes or unsightly openings.

When it comes to performance, FiloZero is designed to exceed the highest expectations:
Low voltage electrothermal actuators that move the plate with a noise-free stroke.
Air guides in polyurethane foam optimized for excellent air throw, low pressure drop and acoustic insulation.
Magnetic hooks adjustable in depth allow you to install the front plate perfectly aligned with the finishing layer, up to thicknesses of 15 mm.
INSTALL FILOZERO EVERYWHERE
A sophisticated interior decoration or a complex architectural solution are not an obstacle for FiloZero, which can be installed on any plasterboard sheet. Maintenance can be carried out directly from the main spout, without the need to arrange hatches under the spout.

USE THE SAME WATER BASED PAINT AS THE WALL
A special primer is applied to the entire front surface of FiloZero which allows it to be painted directly on site with the same water-based paint as the wall.
In this way, the finish of the environment remains unchanged and any type of texture or shade of the wall can also be applied to FiloZero.
Sometimes even the small details make a big difference: FiloZero is equipped with a crack cover, which can always be painted, so that in a flush position there is no unsightly crack.
FILOZERO IS PART OF THE FASTFAN KITS
FastFan contains in a single kit, ready to install, all the components necessary to create an air conditioning network for several rooms.
The FiloZero nozzle can be purchased both individually and within the FastFan kits from 2 to 6 FiloZero vents (codes from TKFZ02 to TKFZ06).
So you can have the best aesthetics, without sacrificing practicality.
